For a major Space client based in Darmstadt, Germany I require a Satellite Simulator and Mission Operations Facility Consultant for a long-term, exciting contract.
In addition to having a University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, the consultant shall have a goal oriented attitude with a good level of communication skills enabling working in a highly flexible integrated team.
Furthermore, the Consultant shall have, as a pre-requisite, a demonstrated experience of five years in the following:
Mission Operations System specifications/development and/or procurement within a space system.
Spacecraft simulator development, installation, testing and hands-on operation.
Software development in MySQL or Oracle and in JAVA.
AIV related activities (test procedure generation, requirements verification and validation, test report generation).
SW development under UNIX/Linux operating system.
