We are looking for an expert (f/m) for L1 testing for our telecommunication client in Nuremberg for the following requested skills and tasks:
Job description:
- Creation ofLTE Physical Layer Test Scripts according 3GPP and Ericsson internal Standards
- Physical Layer Test Case Development and Execution
- Using algorithm simulator as a reference in the testing
- Using Physical Layer test equipment (signal generator, logic analyzer and network simulators)
Required competence:
- Experience from digital signal processing and algorithm simulation
- Experience with physical layer test on mobile or network side
- Minimum Bachelor of Science or similar degree in relevant Telecommunication/Engineering field
- Knowledge of LTE/ UMTS / WCDMA / HSDPA / EUL or WLAN standards in the physical layer
- Knowledge of protocol software (Physical Layer) and RF characteristics
- Experience with systematic low-level test concepts and test execution
- Programming experience from C/C++ and Perl
The start will be ASAP and the duration of the engagement is long term.
The position requires a project-related employment at Harvey Nash, so an EU citizenship is mandatory.
