Tasks:Watch a specific service desk ticket queue in the off hours (night/ weekends).
Categorize the tickets, analyze the information, and see if this can be immediately solved.
Call / E-Mail the correct contacts.
In order to do this, extract data from a mySQL database

Technically detailed knowledge about Outlook .
Can analyze and fix Outlook profile problems or PST/OST problems.
Knowledge about how email gateways work and how they interact with Exchange servers.
Knowledge how Exchange servers interact with Outlook.
Has experience with using mySQL databases, and has basic knowledge about the administration of mySQL databases.
