Senior Project Manager Mobile Communication

For one of our international customers in the telecommunications area we are in search of a Senior Project Manager. The scope of the project is to manage the development and integration of a platform for new voice services.


Tasks & Output:

- Project Management: Overall Project Plan, Risk & Issues Log, Open Actions List, High level & detailed level time schedule, weekly top management reports & presenting the overall status to Top Management.
- Single-point-of-contact for the customer: collect requirements, steer integration process, manage deliverables, management and moderation of status-meetings, report to customer management
- Review and assess technical solutions

Skills and Experience:
- Certification in Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Long-term experience in management of complex IT projects
- Very good experience in project scoping
- Very good experience in system integration projects
- Very goog knowledge of heterogeneous system landscapes
- Profound telecommunications knowhow mobile and fixed net (core network, IMS, VoIP)
- Strong problem solving skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Experience with state-of-the art quality assurance practices and standards
- Team management experience is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
