Task:- Draft technical documents for product/project manuals
- Create (technical) training materials
- Provide product training
Requirements (Must have):
- Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in the creation of structured modular documentation.
- Awareness of best practices in technical style and the ability to write clear and easily translatable English.
- Sound technical knowledge, initiative and ability to work independently - proactively organize your own shop.
- Ability to provide product training classes in fluent German or English language local or on-site.
- Good written and spoken English for internal and external business communications -likes to work in an international environment.
- Good communication skills generally and strong team player.
- Willingness to occasionally travel national and international.
- Experience in the security indusry, in particular access control will be an advantage.
