Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
the bidder has to provide and deliver guides and documentation for IT Helpdesk and Exploitation for monitoring, system evaluation and check, client installation, system administration support, etc. as a basis for the first level support, system monitoring and problem management
the email system is based on an ORACLE solution. Following components are installed:
- ORACLE Enterprise Linux
- ORACLE Database 11g R2
- ORACLE beehive (email connector to Outlook, web conference, web mail -
Zimbra, web collaboration, bee central)
- ORACLE Grid infrastructure
- ORACLE secure enterprise search
- CISCO Ironport M160
- F5 BIG IP Firewall
- an email archiving system (EMA) based on the solution of the company ARTEC
is installed for storing every incoming and outgoing email
- any system change has to be documented in the beehive Workspace
these systems have to be monitored and maintained on a weekly base (half a day estimated)
user accounts have to be managed, Workspaces created and maintained
system changes, improvements are expected for 20 additional days per year
these projects have to be defined and coordinated between the contractor
Basic Parameters:
duration of the assignment: 138 days in the mentioned period
- 0,5 days a week & projects
disposition for a security clearance
