Our client is currently looking for Program Manager (m/f) for a project in Bonn.Task Description
• Program Management for IT Consumer encompassing Client Relationship & Expectation Management, Metrics Management (KPI, SLA), People Management, Business Improvement
• Strong knowledge in Telecom Domain (B/OSS) specially CRM domain, should be well informed about market trends, technology & product roadmaps
• Awareness of local market scenario – Germany
• Responsible to create business opportunities in IT Solution Consumer area by identifying and creating solutions for existing and new opportunities
• Manage commercial responsibilities related to the business interactions with the customer in the allocated tower
• Work on Strategic account planning and prepare focused account plans for the assigned customer
• Owner of the customer relations in IT Consumer and of maintaining regular contacts with the customer
• To be a part of the Promotion/ Events/ Technology and Business scenario Surveys and other brand building and collaborating activities and implementation
• Develop Sales and marketing strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment in order to meet and/or exceed corporate goals
• Ensure Business objectives and financial targets are met on a regular basis
• Interface between sales and SME teams
• Planning and managing the Sales campaigns
• Prepare and own the business cases for new initiatives from business angle
• Fluent German speaking, Writing and reading
