Manning Global is currently looking for a Quality Manager Wireless based in Germany on contract basis to start immediately for one of our clients, a leading international Telecommunications Company.
Responsibilities included are:
·Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Quality System, Business Continuity Management System and Health & Safety regulations, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvements.
·Participate in the alignment of the quality processes and procedures in EU office with that in parent organizations.
·Develop a working relationship with key customers to understand their current and projected requirements for quality standards of delivered products and services.
·Organize the creation of project specific and customer driven quality (and quality assurance) plans, method statements, risk assessment processes and any other quality related wireless specific requirements.
·Responsible for conformance to local regulatory requirements including their initial identification and ongoing adherence.
·Coordination up to five regional teams and responsibility for on site quality check. Further steer regional partner for troubleshooting.
·Organize and promote quality improvement efforts, organize internal training for internal and partner activities.
·Responsible for quality aspects related to vendors and sub-contractors. Act as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system.
Requirements:
·Minimum of a Bachelor degree in telecommunications or electronics. At least 3 years working experience in quality engineering or management for wireless products.
·Must be capable of developing and implementing effective quality systems in accordance with ISO9001:2000 and TL9000.
·Experience of successfully achieving and maintaining quality certificating.
·Quality professional or audit professional, such as DQG certification, is mandatory.
·Project management professional, such as PMI, is also preferred.
·Good German speaking.
