Task:
• Support in creating a plan for the own site
• Support for ensuring production in line with the targets set for quality, cost and safety
• Support in the regular capacity planning process in cooperation with the Supply Chain team
• Support for ensuring CapEx reflect high value for the money invested
• Support for ensuring interfaces with internal customers adequately
• Support for ensuring continuous improvement of productivity, quality, E&H and cost
• Managing risks preventively
• Lead negotiations on a local or consolidated basis for assigned CapEx or OpEx
• Ability to apply major manufacturing trends
• Experience in process mapping, risk and gap analysis
Skills:
• Engineering background or similar
• Experience as production or manufacturing manager
• Experience in leading a manufacturing department to success
• Experience in the semiconductor, automotive or related industry
• Fluent in English and local language
