Currently we are searching for two candidates who are able to cover the following position:

Tasks:
responsibilities contact person for all relevant areas of Windows client support for users, including special VIP onsite support tasks
incident and problem management (2nd level) and change requests
installation, administration, and maintenance of complex Windows-based clients
support for BlackBerry and other mobile devices
support for virtual clients ("Virtual Trader")

Must-Have Skills:
knowledge of Windows XP (Windows7 in future) and Active Directory
knowledge of Virtualization (Citrix XENapp, XENdesktop)
knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure
experience with BlackBerry
fluent English

Nice-to-Have Skills:
experience with MIB applications
experience as an enterprise Manager

Softskills:

approach to problem solving
ability to perform under potential stressful conditions

Basic Parameters:
on-call availability outside of normal service hours
