Business process analysis activities within a migration/ optimization projectdefine and track the status of different Clarity related activities including incidents and change requests throughout the duration of the project
communicate information effectively to technical staff and stakeholders
Required skills extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the telecommunication roaming industry
(senior level)
very good knowledge of processes and data structures within the telecommunication sector, experience and technical knowledge in the area of roaming is required
experienced with CA Clarity PPM tool
excellent time management and good project management skills
strong communicator, ability to work under pressure
fluent English language skills, further language is nice to have
