Task:- 5-10 years program/project management experience with a proven track record in the delivery of complex initiatives
- 5-10 years experience of Finance IT technologies, in particular SAP
- Significant experience in working on cross-boarder programs and diverse cultural settings
- Profound understanding of financial services operating models, processes and linkages between business changes and IT requirements, ideally in an insurance business (must have)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Profound knowledge in end-to-end project management, delivery management, budget and resource management, stakeholder management and risk management

- Solid experience in matrixes environments and diverse global stakeholder networks
- Highly driven personality
- Travel / relocation flexibility required
- High personal maturity to interact with senior people within our client's organisation
