Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Program and Project Management consultant (f/m) for the programme 'Enterprise and Trading Voice'. The role of the Voice Recording Data Analytics Engineer within the Global Voice Strategy & Products Team is as follows: Identify the current data usage models within the Global Court programme, Capture KPIS, Report on Localised anomalies with Voice Recording, Produce Storage KPIs, Produce Application KPIs. The Voice Recording Data Analytics Engineer should be familiar with the following platforms: EMC data storage platforms, Cybertech and NICE Voice Recorders, Avaya CM V5.2 and above, IPC System Centre, Network Infrastructure, System Software / Operating Systems, Storage Integration. Key Relationships: Voice Recording and storage Vendors, Avaya, Wintel Support, Voice Engineering, Voice Service Delivery, Court Deployment Team, Voice Projects. The expectation is, that the consultant will build a working relationship / database of the key contacts to ensure that project adhere to the engineered standard and leverage the existing technology knowledge to provide best customer satisfaction and fulfilment of business requirements. Tasks: - Build a set of reports to show actual usage of both storage and application usage per region/country and location, for each business unit, - work with the local teams to ensure that the usage of database is being used as much as possible and provide support and assistance as required, - act as a Single Point of Contact for the project with reporting charts and usage stats, - communicate and stay in touch with the Court deployment team and provide reporting support where required, - Self-coordinate activities and provide a transparent overview over performed and upcoming activities, - provide regular feedback to the engineering team about ongoing / upcoming projects and their status and open tasks in terms of engineering. Expected Capabilities: data storage experience, Avaya Voice experience, project management experience, - good understanding of the used technology, - very good communication and documentation skills, - self-contained and transparent working style, - experience with different cultures, - ability to work on own initiative.
