Task:Summary:
- To work on the Solvency II Programme specifically on the data mart work-stream
- Elaborate and transform user requirements into specific business and technical requirements interacting with the data modellers/analyst and to a lesser extent with the data implementation
Work specification:
- Produce the requirements deliverables - this is already underway so experience of requirements capture, data analysis is mandatory
- Perform requirements analysis of specific subject areas to impart knowledge to the IT team - mandatory
- Matrix reporting to both IT and Business PMs ? Ideally a hybrid
Requirements:
- Client relationship - be able to engage business and IT team members
- Requirements analysis - functional, data and non-functional requirements
- Insurance and or risk management subject area knowledge
- Preferably - an understanding of data management, DWH solutions and delivery experience will help translate the requirements for IT in an appropriate manner
Requirements (Must have):
Qualifications / experience:
- Higher education e.g. IT or Business
- Insurance industry experience is a must
- Good know how in finance and related topics (e. g. financial reporting)
- Very good written and spoken English; German would be an advantage
- Ability to detect and resolve problems and challenges identified
- Effective team player in a global company, good communication skills
Knowledge:
- Elaborating blueprints and detailed designs
- Performing efficient interviews, writing documentations
- Basic data modelling skills
- Understanding of BI/DWH concepts
- Strong affinity to IT and finance
- Project management and systems development lifescycle
Tools / Methods:
- Microsoft tools
