? Practical hands on experience in SW installation, configuration and deployment; esp. GoldenGate, AIA and Siebel Vanilla
? Ability to work with India off-shore resources that have ownership of the development, overall deployment responsibility and deployment expertise
? English language skills (fluently speaking and writing)
