Beschreibung

wir benötigen wie folgt:

• Ensure productivity of scrum team.
• There are onsite and offshore Scrum Master.
• Coordination between the Vodafone Team, Infosys onsite and the Infosys offshore team.
• Facilitate the daily scrum.
• Participate in sprint planning meetings.
• Remove any impediments for the scrum team (Impediment Backlog).
• Provide technical and functional assistance to the project team during all project phases.
• Study and understand the current environments as well as the proposed environment.
• Prepare project plan and track schedule.
• Ensure following of scrum process and scrum rules according to defined roles and responsibilities.
• Scrum Master for onsite development
Requirements:
• Certification as Scrum Master is advantage
• Experience as Scrum Master
• German and English language required
