Currently we are searching for five candidates who are able to cover the following position:Project description:
Application Operation for new environment (NGBSS Huawei/Project Columbus)
Tasks:
set up Incident management
delivery of monitoring reports
execution of batch jobs
user administration
contact 2nd Line Support (Atos Origin)
3rd Line Support (Huawei)
Must-Have Skills:
knowledge in the area of Database (Oracle 11g) and UNIX (AIX optional)
good command of the written and spoken German (nativ) and English language
Nice-to-Have Skills:
knowledge in processes
NGBSS Huawei will be taught in trainings
Basic Parameters:
willingness for shift work (Mon - Sat, 7:00 - 16:00 and 15:00 - 24:00) and standby duty
with optional prolongation
