We are looking for our client in the area Mannheim fo a Business Process Analyst - Learning Management ServicesPURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) is the central organization to design, produce and deliver learning content within the clcustomer. Their portfolio comprises a blend of virtual, on-demand, and classroom-based learning management services covering the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding to leadership development.
KPS collaborates closely with the different customers learning organizations to provide an efficient and effective learning transfer to our employees.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
+quot;Enable the business to work as efficient as possible with the existing processes and applications
+quot;Keep the overall Business Process Framework up-to-date and develop a clear planning roadmap incl. continuous process improvement
+quot;Build business process blueprints that can serve for the application implementation
+quot;Prepare feasibility studies / project reviews
+quot;Maintain close communication between the business, SAP IT and the team
+quot;Project management including project planning, budget control and ongoing status reporting
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
+quot;College degree
+quot;Minimum of 3 years working experience in the IT business in a multinational company
+quot;Strong business acumen and understanding of the operational complexity in large corporations
+quot;Excellent interpersonal skills and the talent to motivate and influence individuals beyond her/his direct field of control
+quot;Project management experience in a virtual team environment
+quot;Background in IT and the expertise to bridge the gap between business and IT
+quot;Result orientation and ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
+quot;Highly flexible and motivated
SAP system knowledge and experience preferred
Working experience in the area of learning management or comparable areas is of advantage.
Languages: German and English fluently!
