* SAP Solution Manager process configuration
* Customer specific extension of Incident and Change request management processes
Skills
* Deep understanding of workflow functionality in conjunction with Solution Manager processes
* Deep understanding of SAP transport management
* Good understanding of SAP system communication technology
* Understanding of ERP, CRM, SCM and PI system specifics
* English oral and written, German
* Experience with international projects
Required language(s): German, English
