SAP HCM PY Consultant -We are looking for an experienced SAP HR analyst who has extensive experience in Payroll supporting area for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and able to work in global teams. The individual will work as members of a local team that will interact with teams in other regions. Some degree of working hour flexibility along with time-zone awareness and consideration for cultural differences is required.
Tasks:
· Analyze and understand Human Resource (HR) systems, processes, transactions and business requirements
· Configure SAP Payroll module to facilitate HR business processes
· Work closely and coordinating with other teams to ensure that changes get implemented as plan
· Analyze to provide recommendation and implement SAP legal notes
· Support and advice possible work around and solution to user per their inquiry or reported issue
· Design and advice possible solution of new implementation and processes for system enhancement
· Analyze business requirement and provide work effort estimate
· Perform system maintenance activities such as data archiving, document review and etc
· Coordinating and solving complex process issues
· Deliver user training and system documentation
The most competitive candidates would ideally have some of the following experiences:
· Must speak, read and write English and German fluently
· Excellent communication skills

· Good analytical skills
· At least 4 years experience in Payroll area for SAP R3.4.6C / SAP ECC6.0 Human Resources Module
· Experienced in analyzing and testing SAP Support Packages
· Demonstrated strong problem-solving skill
· Demonstrated excellence coordination skill and team player
· Experience in information system life cycle methodologies
· Experience in HR processes is a plus
· Experience in new payroll implementation is a plus
· Any SAP ABAP experience is a plus
· Any accounting knowledge is a plus
· Experienced working in a global group
· Knowledgeable on standard Client / Server applications
· Knowledgeable on Internet / Network Infrastructure
· SAP ECC6.0
· SAP SolMan
· Windows XP or Windows 7 Workstation
