We are looking for our client in the area Mannheim for a Global Employee Communications SpecialistEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Support in expanding the use of social media as an upward, downward, and lateral communication channel. Our goal is to use social media tools and techniques to increase the number of SAP employees in an ongoing virtual, constructive dialogue.
Support in overall delivery of the communication plan ensuring that communication and relationships with the constituency group are consistent and aligned with overall SAP communication plan as determined.
Editor in chief and coordinator of cross development related Social Media Platforms (communities, microblogging). Drive and enhance the interlinkage between social media and classical communication channels.
Editor in chief and coordinator for homepages of SAP Corporate Portal pages (Intranet) for development related workspaces.
¿h Counterpart for strategic development topics. As a member of the global Employee Communication team, support overall employee engagement activities and support the development of best-practices for employee communication.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
¿h Diploma or BA in Business Administration/PR or related area desired (or equivalent education)
¿h Experienced in social media (conceptual)
¿h Strong editorial and journalistic experience and excellent writing and editing skills for online media
¿h Experienced in working in virtual, intercultural international teams
¿h Strong networking skills and ability to motivate people outside of direct reporting lines
¿h Project management skills on a global scale with intercultural sensitivity
¿h Hands-on attitude and execution driven
¿h Customer focused, innovative thinking
German and English fluent!
