NG IT is our clients largest IT Standardization program. It currently covers 7 IT initiatives (projects and programs) required for the fundamental transformation of IT and business processes in Europe and US. Beside of technical and governance aspects, change and quality management and high program complexity are main challenges for NG IT.
Genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung
Support Program Manager in optimization of Quality Management:
- Definition and maintenance of the quality gate model including templates
- Definition and maintenance of the quality assessment framework to perform internal audits
- Implementation of quality model by consulting existing projects (audits) and new projects (initiation)
- Harmonize the approach with Solution Integration Management

Overarching knowledge CRM, Billing, ERP beneficial
Experience in definition and implementation of quality and process models essential; longstanding practical experience as (quality) auditor/ assessor required, QM certification beneficial; experience in Multiproject management in complex IT programs required; longstanding practical experience in telecommunication industry, TOP management adequate communication skills and experienced MS office knowledge absolutely necessary
