On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for Senior Technical Support Engineers in Germany and Belgium on contract basis.
Responsibilities:
1.RAN technical support
·Process, maintain and follow the trouble ticket process of UMTS product in live network
·Participate and coordinate the routine trouble ticket meetings with customer
·On-site trouble shooting of UMTS product if required
·Responsible for the ticket on-time closure rate assessment
·Responsible for RNC/OMM/EMS/Backup/Ctrix commissioning and integration
2. Sub-contractor training and customer training in German language (for Germany)
·Give trainings to sub-contractors of NodeB installation, commissioning and integration
·Give trainings to customer of NodeB commissioning and integration
·Further knowledge transfer tasks according to demand.
3. Reporting
·Weekly and monthly report is required and should be sent to maintenance directors
Qualifications:
·A minimum Bachelor degree is required
·Have solid background of UMTS/GSM equipment. Preferably in ZTE, Huawei, NSN or Ericsson. Minimum 3 years of experience in Radio network operating
·Excellent communication skills in German and English
·A willingness to work diligently as a contributing team player
·work oriented and spirit of teamwork, excellent ability of oral and written expression and ability of learning
·Good capacity of communication and coordination
·Telephone communication capacity, Microsoft office software skills
