Manning Global is currently looking for a PS Core Network Engineer for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in Germany, to start asap on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
·Answer the questions on using the UBAS reporting system and WCDMA-PS network, solve customer´s problems, analyse the result of UBAS reporting forms and find out the reasons for major changings
·Professional monitoring of service quality to find out quality problems. Proactively report and make suggestion in abnormal case
·Create daily/weekly/monthly reports/ analysis of network performance and sent them to predefined mail groups
·Support & educate customer personnel regarding UBAS usage, answer all questions around usage/navigation through the UBAS GUI
·Integration into the ticket system process (pilot process, will be initiated by customer)
·Extension/specification /development of the new functionalities and reports of UBAS
·Support for KPI definition and verification on quality level and in regarding of market compliance.
Qualifications
·Telecom, Technical, IT or a related undergraduate degree or above
·More than 3 years working experience in telecommunication
·More than 1 year working experience in WCDMA PS network
·Fluent English and German
