On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a number of ITIL Consultants in the Netherlands on a contract basis.
The ideal applicant should have at least 5 years ITIL background and previous experience in setting up service teams. They will receive a contract for a period of three months to further define the plan and strategy for the end client’s converged prepaid and postpaid platform which will be launched in August 2011. They will be able to play any of the following roles:
-Release Management
-Service Management
-End-to-end monitoring
-Change Management
They will work closely with the existing service team including the Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Incident Manager and together with the end client’s management resources to further determine exactly what the demands will be to meet the end client’s needs. The end client has a general overview of what they require, the responsibility of successful applicant will be to investigate the details of these needs, to challenge the proposed approach to verify its effectiveness, to define the exact approach which will be necessary for success and will transition from the preparation phase to play a role defined for the execution phase of the project.
