Tasks* Working on one of the biggest programmes in the organisation to deliver a brand new Customer management system
* Develop effective project plans, identify key tasks and priorities and define milestones
* Able to create and update plans
* Track and report on workstreams
* Maintain budgets
* Track Risk Register, Change Boards, key actions from all workstreams
* Build relationships, persuade and chase down actions without antagonising people
* Monitoring all relevant project steps and making sure, important decisions are cascaded in time
* Anticipating issues ahead of time and helping avoid them
Requirements
* At least 7 years of experience in programme management
* Strong project management skills
* Great stakeholder management skills
* Able to translate complexity into simplicity
* Confident presenter able to chair meetings with senior stakeholders
* German speaker (ideally)
* Knowledge of Agile / SAFE (desirable but not essential)
