Test Manager/Coordinator (m/f/d)
Role description
- Define and Optimize the Test Validation & Quality Assurance (QA) Framework
- Support Vattenfall Test Competency Center (TCC Group) in testing and QA activities
- Define/Update the User Manual to describe the framework
- Set up the Quality Gate (Entry/Exit Criteria) for Planning, Preparation and Execution phases across System Integration Testing (SIT), System Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing (RT)/Regression Test Automation (RTA), Payroll Parallel Testing (PPT), Penetration Testing (PT) and Performance Testing (PT)
- Define the Master Test Strategy for the Program/Project
- Define the Test Plan for the Type of Testing within a project
- Define right folder structure for Test and Quality Assurance Management in SharePoint
- Design and Configure Test Case Execution, Defect Management & Question Management workflow in the Test Management Tool
- Design and Configure the Dashboard (including Test Execution) for different Test Types in the Test Management Tool
- Review the status/progress, identify the risk/issue(s), areas of concern, dependencies and report to relevant stakeholders
- Guide and Support the Testers during Test Execution
- Create the Test Completion Report and collaborate with stakeholders for review/approval
- Monitor/Review of Test Deliverables and provide approval/sign off
- Propose process improvement to enhance the quality and productivity
- Influence usage of Best Practices and Re-usable Assets
- Conduct Defect Triage Meeting and coordinate with relevant Vattenfall Stakeholders for defect updates
- Conduct Meetings with key stakeholders on regular basis
- E2E Test Management/Coordination
- Create test automation plan and roadmap in discussion with Test Automation Experts/Engineers
Skills required
- Experience in Test Management & Coordination, Tool (like ALM, JIRA) configuration and management
- Experience in Test Process Framework Set up/Optimization
- Good Communication Skill
- Good Stakeholder Management Skill
- Fluent German and English skills
