For our customer we are looking for a technical lead (m/f/d).Tasks
* Should have exposure to some Revenue assurance COTS product like WeDo Technologies-RAID product, Subex Moneta etc.
* Develop a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Roadmap identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the current platforms being used
* Develop and implement a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Strategy aligned to the Group RAFM strategy.
* Establish control policies and procedures for all areas of risk and revenue loss
* Create and maintain a risk register for all identified and potential risks
* Define and implement control procedures to mitigate identified risks and revenue loss scenarios
* Drive the development and implementation of a Change management strategy
* Develop and implement adequate test scripts for commercial initiatives and other revenue impacting configuration before roll out
* Analyse impact and feasibility and risk assessment of all proposed configuration changes
* Evaluate current Key Result Areas (KRAS) and Key Performance Indicators Systems (KPIS) to measure efficiency
* Implement new KPIS to address newly identified risks especially those inherent to the environment
* Implement a 24/7 Fraud monitoring team to assist in the mitigation of fraudulent attacks outside of business hours
* Implement an automated fraud Management application to increase the coverage of the fraud scope
* Implement a daily test call set to mimic subscriber behaviour to measure Call Data Record (CDR) completion of generation, Service assurance.
* Ensure that CDRs are extracted for the Regulator & Law Enforcement Agencies in accordance with SLA.
* Develop and implement RA and Fraud reporting dashboard for all KPIS and provide weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner as prescribed by management and Group RAFM
* Report on all revenue loss and fraud incidents to management
* Report all relevant fraud cases to the regulatory and Crimes Commission.
Requirements
* Candidate should have several years of experience in managing OSS/BSS/Telecom stack (Mandatory).
* Having expertise in either of the domains (Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Campaign Management)
* Experience on WeDo Technologies RAID product (Revenue Assurance)
* Hands-on in Perl Scripting, Pl-SQL and Query Optimization
* Should have Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels in an organization.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Ensure SLA adherence
* Flexible for long working hours and manage multiple domains independently with a large team.
