The Marketing Web Efficiency Project Manager (WE PM) supports the Senior Director Digital Channel Localization SME by driving defined inter-departmental optimization projects to maximize the efficiency of the local site(s) in terms of driving traffic and generating leads. This will be done in collaboration with the country organizations as internal customers.The success of these projects will be measured by stakeholder satisfaction as well as through Web Analytics: The WE Mgr will collaborate with SAP?s global analytics team and provide guidance and support to the country stakeholders to convert quantitative insight into actions.

Skills and Competencies:
? Strong project management skills, including the flexibility to adapt projects to changing conditions in a well-controlled fashion (as opposed to scope-creep or underhand straying off target)
? Ability to operate in a matrix organization and effectively lead project participants from different business units without formal authority
? Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, connecting to local stakeholders as well as a wide network of internal stakeholders in the global organization
? Effective oral and written communication skills
? Familiarity with working in a virtual team structure and ability to excel in remote electronic communication like Net Meeting, Video, Wiki etc.
? High degree of self-organization; ability to adapt targets to changing market conditions.
Formal Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of work experience, who has successfully worked in a comparable environment of digital marketing.
? College degree
? Expertise in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project, and Outlook
? Fluent English and proficiency in German. Additional language skills are a plus.
