We are looking for a DSP engineer (m/f) for our client in Nuremberg with the project-profile:Task:
Assistance in the drafting of a feasibility analysis regarding the possibilities of a re-architecture of existing DSP/FPGA software. Support with the decision-making procedure and in the following realisation.
Skills:
- expert level C programming skills
- knowledge on TI TCI100 DSP architecture
- experience with TI DSP assembly level optimization
- experience with memory optimization and performance improvement of existing code
- good understanding of the latest 3GPP UMTS FDD standards: R99, HSDPA, HSUPA
- general understanding of UMTS Layer 1 algorithms and procedures
- know how on system verification, simulation, debugging
- familiar to work with code revision control systems
The project start is latest August 2011 with a 6 months duration and the option of extension.
There is also the possibility of a project-related employment at Harvey Nash.
