Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir asap einen IT Coordinator (m/w):Coordinate and orchestrate various IT-initiatives needed to facilitate a won Business customer deal.
The deal focuses on mobile services, both data and voice.
The Business Department has set up a comprehensive project to cover all aspects, from mobile coverage at the customer's sites to Customer Service interfaces and processes.
Several work streams have raised demand for support by the IT-department, the major challenges being:
Implementing a new tariff type that causes high efforts for both the network technology- and the IT-department
Implementing some less complex tariffs and packs (IT only)
Preparing and performing the porting of several thousand mobile contracts from the customers old vendor to the Client (incl. number porting)
IT expects several other work streams to have demand for IT-support beyond the challenges mentioned before.
Being aware of the strategic priority of the deal IT's aspiration is to enable the Business-department to implement the deal in time and as smooth as possible with all necessary means.
IT Coordinators tasks:
Gather IT-requirements in remaining work streams
Trigger process and drive implementation of IT-requirements
Coordinate existing IT-activities to facilitate the 3 challenges
Orchestrate communication between IT and Business project.
