For a customer in Munich we are currently looking for a

IT Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

Role description
- Technical (detail) consulting in the creation of the business and technical architecture of the solution
- Technical (detail) consulting for the design of the domain-oriented data and process model as well as the development model
- Creation of the analysis, conception and design of data and process model
- Realization, quality assurance and testing of specifications for the domain-oriented data and process model
- Establishment of infrastructure for the development of the computing core (development environment, quality assurance, automation, testing) and elaboration of development processes
- Task-related transfer of expert knowledge in software engineering, especially in the area of development environment, quality assurance, automation, testing
- Creation of software components and implementation of consulting services
- If necessary: clarification of technical requirements by bridgeheads if requirement description is not clear
- Creation and further development of documentation and provision in information media
- Updating and timely filing of information
- Documentation of concepts

Skills required
- 8+ years experience
- Necessary software technology and architecture: Interface design
- Software architecture in general
- Architecture: A/T separation (application code, technical code)
- Branching/merging concepts
- Cloud technology
- Infrastructure/Tools: OpenShift/Kubernetes; Linux, shell programming; Jenkins pipelines; Docker; Gradle/Maven; GIT
- Required languages and frameworks :Java; SpringBoot; Rest/Http Services; JUnit; Mockito
- Other Important Languages/Frameworks: Spock/Groovy; SQL; Lombok; Parquet; Java Data-Binding Frameworks (e.g., JPA, Hibernate)
