Task:PMO Manager (m/f) responsibilities and tasks:
- Monitor, challenge and drive local projects
- Identify synergies across countries
- Identify and promote best practices across countries
- Report program in terms of time, quality and budget
- Report KPIs, benchmarks and risk levels
- Brief and prepare senior management for local business reviews
Requirements (Must have):
- Background in project management with affinity to IT
- Fluent in English and German
- Intercultural communication and influencing skills
- Reliable and trustworthy appearance
- Telecommunication
Required working experience
- 2+ years working experience in an international environment
- 3+ year working experience as project manager/in and/or PMO
Certificates:
- PMI or similar
Nice to have:
IT Security Certificates / e.g. CISSP
Environment/Miscellaneous:
The department "Corporate IT Data and IT Security" (CIT-DIS) has performed a series of IT Security assessment in around 20 countries (local business unit). As a result, each business unit did come up with detailed improvement plans including local projects and other activities. These are currently consolidated under the umbrella of a central program in the form of a program mangement office (PMO).
