We are looking for hardware design engineers to work in a long term project in Nuremberg.
The position requires a temporary employment at our company.
Here are the details:
Job description:
- Design of analogue and digital circuits for mobile modem platforms (LTE and WCDMA) on PCB level
- Schematic entry, floor-planning and layout supervision of designs
- Contribute in System design and elaboration/clarification of requirements
- Bring up and debugging of boards
- Contribute in qualification, verification and documentation of mobile platforms
Required competence:
- Degree in relevant Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering field (e.g. Master, Dipl.-Ing.)
- Min. 3 years of digital and analog HW design experience
- Knowledge of relevant design tools like Mentor Schematic Entry and layout, simulations
- Good knowledge in standard measurement equipment and methods(e.g. Logic Analyzer, Lauterbach ICD, High Speed Scopes)
- Ability to develop extensions for current designs and to find pragmatic solutions to be realized
- Open mindset with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to document the work results appropriately
