Task:- Plan CM activities
- Draw baselines
- Control baselines
- Participate in audits
- Ensure that project members are able to work with the CM tools
Requirements (Must have):
- Long and strong track record as a (software) configuration manager
- Very good skill with ClearCase, CVS and Subversion !!!
- Programming skills with Perl and shell programming on Solaris systems
- Team player
- Knowledge in standard software development and testing processes
- Experienced with doing CM work in a SCRUM managed project
- German (nice to have) and English (written and spoken)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Is accustomed to work according to given processes
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Provide experience-based recommendations to improve the Waterfall and SCRUM processes
- Help automate parts of the existing CM process
- Help set up a tool supported change management process
