Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Project Manager to work either on contract or permanent basis for one of our international clients in the Telecommunication arena, based in Munich or Berlin. Fluency in German is required.
Key Responsibilities:
In this challenging position your responsibilities include:
•End-to-end involvement of project activities including project pre-sales, project bidding, project preparation, project planning, project implementation until project is handed over
•Management of telecom projects by establishing project team resources and lead the project team to meet the agreed target
•Overall project management including customer relationship and communication, partner management, resource management, issue management & change management
•Project Control and monitoring to achieve high quality delivery, including schedule control, cost and performance control
Qualifications:
•Strong technical background in one of the fields such core network, datacom, wireless (GSM/UMTS) roll-out or Microwave
•University degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or business school.
•Internationally recognized professional PM certificate, such as PMI, is desirable, but not mandatory
•Extensive project management experience in the telecom industry. 5 years project management experience is desirable.
•Capable to manage complex multi-country, multi-product projects.
•Financial management skills
•Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
•Fluency in English and German
