IT-service technician (m/f/d)
Role description/ Skills required
- Facilities Management and Support
- IT equipment racking/stacking/movement and structured cabling in Data Center
- Managing access control, video surveillance, maintaining all records/tapes for audit purposes
- Provide coverage for the access control points to the Reserved Space
- Receiving/verifying Equipment and Software
- Maintain asset information in an approved CMDB format
- Manage, coordinate, oversee all maintenance, testing and monitoring of facilities systems, air handlers, all power supply systems, fire detection and suppression systems and other related support equipment at Data Center.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation
- Log and track all physical External Storage Media in and out of the data Center
- Cordinate with all third-party vendors and Oversee to completion of all repairs in Data Cenetr
- Maintenance of an up-to-date maintenance agreements database with Third-Party companies
