Deutsche Telekom has set up the international program Next Generation CRM to enable its East European subsidiaries with a standardized solution for Sales, Service & Marketing based on Oracle Siebel CRM. The NG CRM program in its first wave focusses on delivering the solution to Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Macedonia based on a Kernel approach.Senior project management skills with at least 5 years experience with international multi-cultural projects
3 years experience of project management in a telecommunication environment
Should be experienced in monitoring and leading of system integrators
Distinctive ability to communicate in cross country program
Excellent know how in conflict- and escalation management
Monitor & track all deliverables by the Natco and SI linked with NGCRM
Align with vertical streams to ensure a synchronized approach across NatCos
Experienced in high complexity IT projects and business transformation
Excellent know how in telecommunication architctures
Excellent know how in fixed line business
