Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a consultant (f/m). Tasks: deliver an "on demand" multi-year strategic forecast within a self sufficient framework, partner with finance to redefine task boundaries towards clear roles & responsibilities, design & build a self sufficient "on demand" forecast capability ahead of Plan 2012 process. Project description and scope: strategic forecasting - complete the build of a new on demand multi-year forecasting system. Deliverables: new SQL Server database to support the strategic forecasting system SSIS packages to upload and validate data all relevant stored procedures to validate, consolidate and transform the data for end reports. Skills: databases SQL- Server, T-SQL (unions, pivot, aggregation, consolidation of data), ETL using SSIS, Relational database design and implementation, Performance Tuning etc., SQL Server Stack (SSIS, SSAS & SSRS), Oracle, PL/SQL, Functions, Procedures & Triggers, SQL Loader , Database Design & Implementation, Platforms Wintel Unix, Systems Programming Scripting (.BAT files), GUI Development, VBA (Excel, Access, Pivot tables), JavaScript (web app architecture knowledge), Environment Experience Windows XP/7, Client-server and Internet/intranet application development and architecture knowledge, reporting line and duties, will report in to senior business analyst as well as liaise with offshore development team, act as lead developer/architect for solutions to be developed. General skills/knowledge: OLAP (Analysis Services, Cubes, Hyperion, Pivot tables), Business Analysis (Req/Func spec/System design docs), Project Management, MIS, Infrastructure charge back.
