Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a consultant (f/m) for Windows 7 Migration. Tasks: track and maintain Windows 7 Regional migrations, create and maintain Windows 7 BU Migration schedules using various deployment and reporting tools, review and approve Windows 7 Migrations (ready and not ready), maintain ratio and deploy DR machines via % complete for each BU, make adjustments within constraints set to achieve the optimum results i.e.: information uncertainty, changes at short notice, solve any conflicts that arise and minimise potential risks. Work between the Project Manager and Deployment lead to ensure project results are achieved and conform to quality and time, maintain appropriate relationships with the end user and their respective Business Units - understanding the needs of each BU - requirements vary, provide Status updates, reports, monitor project progress and success highlighting any risks and hazards to the success of the project, analyse and process the project experiences(best/worst practice), problem analysis and solution. Project Description and scope: this request is being raised to replace the current Win7 Regional Deployment Coordinator. Deliverables: The Regional Deployment Coordinator's role is to work with equivalents in other regions as well as build technicians, the deployment lead and the end user for any pre and post migration queries. The Regional Deployment Coordinator will work with deployment tools to determine who is Windows 7 ready and schedule accordingly. Assignment location: London. Start: 27.06.2011. End: 31.12.2011.
