Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Business Analyst (f/m). Tasks: changes to Symphony in order to deliver functionality to support IES and GT PM strategic needs. The role is a replacement for a Business Analyst. Objectives: build strong relationships with global ITIL process owners (director level) and their representatives, ensure the functional specification and requirements are suitable for the developers to work from, ensure the end quality of the release is as expected by the users, ensure the users and requestors are kept up-to-date at all times. Deliverables: requirements, functional specification aligned to the business needs, work package plans, screen designs, UAT scripts and coordination, coordination of aspects of Symphony releases. Required skills: E2E Application, excellent relationship management skills and service management process knowledge. Assignment location: London. Start: 04.07.2011. End: 30.12.2011.
