CRM Service Senior with sound knowledge in SAP CRM 7.0 and especially Complaints Management.Scope:
- Complaints Management
Tasks:
- Execute workpackages
- Support offshore implementation team to assure quality, scope and time
- Conduct Workshop with Business
- Good communication skills. Sound understanding of overall processes, works in divergent team
- Sound knowledge in technical and functional aspects
- In general 5days/week onsite in Munich expected (chance to travel for the customer once in a while)
- Very limited flexibility of start date
- Project language English
