Job Definition
- Management and coordination of the SW development and the SW team (internally as well as externally) within the assigned project
- Design matching of the SW application with the whole project team and the engineering departments of the vehicle manufacturers
- Definition of the SW specification in close cooperation with the customer and the whole project team
- Coordination of the whole SW development process deploying the process tool-chain and the SW development processes
- Securing of the required process level conformity in the project
- Planning of the SW project in close cooperation with the SW team leaders and other teams in the project
- Securing of the SW architecture planning
- Securing of the integration of third party SW modules and sourced out SW work packages regarding due dates as well as content
Qualification Profile
- Project work experience in the SW development of large series products is required, knowledge in the development of embedded and automotive SW is advantageous
- Experience in project management, project and team leading
- Knowledge of the processes in the German vehicle manufacturing is advantageous
- Knowledge in the area of vehicle/industrial networks as e. g. CAN is advantageous
- Established knowledge in the areas SW architecture, tools, programming is required
- Deep understanding of quality processes (e. g. SPICE, CMMI, IEC61508 and ISO TS16949)
- Work experience with the SW process tool-chain for requirements management, change management, SW design etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite
- Fluent business German and English
- Commitment, flexibility, organizational skills and a strong ability to lead a team are prerequisites for the cooperation with a multinational team.
Education
- Degree in communications engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, physics or similar
- France: University, Bachelor, Master or similar
- Germany: TU, FH, BA, Bachelor, Master or similar
