Tätigkeit:
For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Consultant (f/m). Description and scope: working in the Global Evaluation Team, the GES Planner is the gatekeeper for all requests entering Service Transition. This includes the receipt, QA, and controlled execution of requests provided via Service Design (SD) and Service Provisioning Managers (SPM's) and maintaining reports and status updates on a regular basis. To ensure successful delivery the requests must be proactively monitored and managed from the time a request is received by Service Transition. This role is accountable to ensure the requests are processed within agreed timescales and meet customer satisfaction objectives, whilst providing support to the IES delivery teams in order to ensure successful deployment. The GES Planner will share responsibility for: planning delivery dates for agreed solutions, interfacing to internal teams to gain commitment of delivery schedules, interfacing to internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of any new hardware, raising the appropriate workflows and work request tickets to deliver the overall solution, tracking and reporting on key delivery milestones, providing early visibility and appropriate escalation for 'at risk, delivery milestones, monitoring the end-to-end workflow process (SRM) to identify bottlenecks to solution delivery, monitoring the end-to-end SRM process on a daily basis to chase any team with overdue tasks and assist with the removal of any obstacles. The GES planner will also have responsibility to support the IES SDP Acceptance Meeting (ISAM) which is aligned with Global RfS process step 4.1 and signifies the formal acceptance of an RfS request by IES, and the initiation of the Transition Implementation Planning process. An agenda is published 48 hours in advance to ensure all reviewers have the opportunity to review and validate or prepare discussion points for the meeting, the GES planner will be responsible for preparing and publishing the ISAM agenda. Essential technical Skills: Proficient use in: Microsoft Excel, Pivots, Macros, data manipulation and reporting, excellent communication skills required (written and verbal), strong analysis and problem solving, willing to accept/take responsibility and problem ownership, broad knowledge of the operational and technical architectures within investment banks, adaptable and willingness to change.
