Für unseren Kunden in Düsseldorf (derzeit Remote) suchen wir ab sofort einen Testmanager (m/w/d) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 7 Monaten.

Position Description:
Plan throughout the different test phases. He / She coordinates the Test Team, plans the test resources, test design and test execution in order to achieve an optimal coverage of the application.

The Test Manager plans the test phases, defines the test approach, and selects the appropriate test types based on the functional and non-functional requirements of the project. He defines and delivers all kinds of Test Reports such as Test Case Creation and Test Preparation Reporting, Defect Reporting, Test Execution Reporting, Test KPI and Metrics Report and others.

Key Skills:
Very good understanding of Test Method and Test Approach, Terminology and overall Best Practices
Experience Coordinating Medium/Large Test Teams throughout all the testing phases and several test types
Experience in building test teams from scratch and developing the test strategy both within the team and with all its interfaces to other teams (such as Release Management, Project Management, Program Management, Requirements Management, and others)
Experience in both internal and client test reporting
Experience in working in high complexity projects with multiple components integration and business logic
Experience in Client Facing Meetings with Client Management
Nice to have: Hands on Experience in Software Testing / Development
Very good understanding on the Software Development Lifecycle (for both Build and Run organizations)
ISTQB certification is a plus
Insurance/Banking Industry Knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, planning, monitoring and managing the work within his team, identify key resources, and provide the direction required to meet the defined objectives.
Participate in planning activities and manage team activities in agreement with the plan.
Keep project/program managers informed of current activities and issues.
Manage the relationship with the "stakeholders" by keeping them informed of progress and problems encountered in order to manage expectations on all requirements and Documents, if applicable.
Create an environment that allows optimal performance of its resources.
Submit recommendations on best practices and reference.
Proactively identify improvement measures and ensure that the measures are appropriately planned, and the scope of the required work, budget and / or schedule is appropriately reassessed and amended.
Analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify event triggers and responsibilities for initiating mitigation actions.
Identify the problems / opportunities having an impact on the capacities of the teams to design and deliver quality work
