Beschreibung
Aufgabe:Provide end-to-end project management for a new project (Dienstleistungshandel) in the financial reporting (regulatory reporting) area. Establish and maintain project governance. Ensure communication with key clients in FA / Regulatory Reporting and IT organisation.
- Initiation of the project, following the company project methodology (CMMI)
- Provide all required documentation and co-ordinate project resources
- Deliver tasks / milestones in time, in expected quality and on budget
- Working closely with the project team and the business to keep the project on-track Manage 1-2 projects with different sizes and complexity at the same time
- Plan and control in using CMMI / GSDP methodology
- Manage Quality-, Risk and Cost control and provide scorecards periodically to project provider / supplier, sponsor, stake holders and the STC
Anforderung:
- Certified as Project Manager (I.E. IPMA or PMP/PMI)
- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years experience in project management
- Involvement in the full project lifecycle
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English/German)
- Excellent presentation skills
Wünschenswert:
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting / Regulatory Reporting world
- Experience of CS environment and processes
- Experience working in a global environment
