Job description:
Middleware CTA (Common Template Accounting) is an integration solution developed on an internal integration platform. The aim is to integrate the accounting solution (SAP based) with the backend systems (data warehouse, goods management, customer management and so on) through a high-available and scalable cloud solution. The newly created platform is offered as a self-service, usable by both internal and external users, and administered internally.
Your range of responsibility contains:
• Platform configuration, maintenance and extension
• Monitor functionality, administer and fine tune the integration flows, adapters and MQ environments
• Provide support for production environments,ensure proactive measures and in case of incidents/failures, early reactive actions
• Architect/Design Clustering, load balancing in client environment
• Automation of various tasks, routines
• Install, configure and integrate new applications which will be part of our administration domain
• Provide infrastructure consulting and support to application development teams
Required skills:
• At least 2-3 years experience in the administration under Unix/Linux server in a professional environment
• Good knowledge of IBM Websphere MQ
• Very good knowledge in shell scripting / python
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, PL/SQL
• Continuous integration/ delivery/ deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible)
• Experience and knowledge of technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, DockerRegistry, FluentD, ELK, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, CheckMK, Gitlab
• Understanding of networking topics like TCP/IP, LDAP, Load balancing
• Good knowledge of Webservices and security (e.g. SSL certificates)
• Integration patterns/concepts (ex: ESB, EAI, SOA)
• Basic Java knowledge – able to read existing codebase
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Excellent ability to communicate in English language verbally and in writing
• Skill to understand and focus on our internal clients' needs and goals, and to establish credibility and build relationships with clients
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
