Tasks:
- Manages the Corporate Actions (CA) events coming from the market affecting the characteristic, the nature or the value of a security. These events can be
mandatory, mandatory with options or voluntary. The activity includes
instruction management, transaction management and inquiry
management for such events.
- Booking of Mandatory / Voluntary events
- Instructions to custodians external tools or MT565.
- Cash and stock reconciliation
- Inquiry
Skills & Tools:
- SWIFT Tools
- Clear stream Tools (Creation Online)
- Cascade
- Corporate Actions knowledge (Mandatory and Voluntary)
- SWIFT Messages knowledge (MT564, MT565, MT566, MT567, MT568)
- Knowledge of Germany Tax on COAC events
- German & English
