Project DescriptionThe project “KAIT” (“Kapitalverwaltungsaufsichtliche Anforderungen an die IT “ / German regulatory requirements) identified additional IT service management and control function requirements.
Task Description
Also depending on the skill categories needed we identified two main fields of work:
• Effort relief of internal IT service mangers on daily operations to gain capacity for new control functions (A)
• Assistance on fulfilling new control functions (KAIT) where existing tasks of service managers can’t be easily outsourced e.g. due to given service complexity (B)
Currently our customer aim to relieve task of the follow topics:
• Service Management of Client Computing, Infrastructure, Hosted/Managed Applications (A)
• Control functions for IT access management, job processing, business/IT continuity, Incident Management (B)
The first field (=A) of work is classic IT Service Management.
The other position (B) controls certain processes and requirements like an additional internal auditor.
Skills / Profil
• Role (A) : >5 years of vendor / IT service management in an highly regulated area(e.g. banking).
• Role (B): >3 years of working experience in an auditor role for IT processes and/or outsourcing controlling. Or work experience on implementing and running audit proof BAIT/KAIT/VAIT processes
MUST HAVEs:
• ITSM / ITIL certifications
• Basic knowledge on (cloud-)technologies and service management platforms (ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (KAIT, IASE3402)
• Experience on handling (external) auditors
NICE TO HAVEs:
• COBIT 5
• SCRUM
• ISO 20000
• ISO 27000
• Regulatory trainings
• Project management certifications
Start: spätestens 01.06.2021
Laufzeit: mindestens bis 31.12.2021
Details remote: 80-100 Prozent, aktuell komplett remote. Bei Öffnung gelegentlich vor Ort.
