The clientOur client is looking to rework the processes and norms within the Real Estate industry. Their plan is to provide a data-driven SaaS platform.
The Project:
The main challenge facing our client is the implementation of permission concepts. They have already started implementing users in AWS Cognito, and need you a Senior Node.js/Typescript Engineer who can help them review and check the technical feasibility of implementing these features on the backend.
As a backend developer on the project this is an exciting opportunity to use your experience and knowledge to shape and guide the development team while working in a in a data driven project in a machine learning environment!
What will you be doing ?
Build TypeScript backend services to support our micro-service architecture
Work in a multi-tenant environment
Design, implement, and document GraphQL and RESTful APIs used by our applications and services
Design and implement data storage solutions, structured and arbitrary data and data relations
Take a major role in the decision-making of the company's service-oriented architecture
Help and mentor less-experienced engineers to develop further
Disrupt the paper market
Requirements:
You are available for a minimum of 3 months
You can start working within the next 2 weeks
Experience working in a Multi-tenant Environment
Knowledge of permission concepts and authorization
You have a collaborative in their approach, you enjoy sharing their knowledge
A mentorship and team growth mindset
You are comfortable challenging solutions and providing constructive feedback
Must-have Skills:
Node.js
TypeScript
GraphQL
Strong grasp of the English Language is a must
Nice to have:
React.js
Python
Apollo Server
AWS - Cognito, IAM, Robusta
DevOp Experience is a big plus
Experience working with large data sets
Work experience with German companies
German language skills are a plus
Team setup:
1 x FE dev
3 x Cloud Engineers
1 x Legacy developer working in PHP
2 x PM's. 1 is working on the discovery phase and the other is working on implementing current delivery
1 x QA
The team applies Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Selection Process:
Besides the standard MVP Match onboarding there will be one interview with the engineering manager plus one additional interview with the team for culture fit.
